NC Potato Festival Street Fair Vendor Information

The NC Potato Festival is a rain or shine, outdoor event.

Vending spots are 10X10. All vending spots must be tented with a straight legged tent and tent must be anchored.

• Applications do not guarantee acceptance into the festival.
• Once a completed application is submitted, vendors are selected by a vendor committee.
• Vendor Fees are nonrefundable, for any reason, upon acceptance.
• Applications that are incomplete will not be considered.
• Applications that do not include photos will not be considered. All photos must be smaller than 1MB.

• Non-Profits must supply proof of Non-Profit status with application. 
• Proof of vendor booth insurance (a Certificate of Insurance - COI) for this festival is required upon acceptance.

• Review the linked Vendor Rules and Regulations document below.

• COI and payment are NOT required until accepted into the festival.

FEES:      Artist, Artisans, Nonprofit - $125/space            Commercial - $225/space
Pricing does not include electricity. Electricity (110v/15amp) is $25/space. Booths remaining open after 6:00PM must have adequate lighting.

Approved vendors will receive information concerning how to pay their fees.
All fees and proof of insurance must be received within 10 days of acceptance or you forfeit your space allocation.

We limit the number of vendors with same or similar services or products to the best of our ability.

A Vendor Packet will be distributed within 2 weeks of the event with information regarding load-in and event details.

FESTIVAL HOURS
• Friday, May 16 - 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Saturday, May 17 - 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Sunday, May 18 – 10:00 AM to 6 :00 PM

VENDOR HOURS
•Friday, May 16 - 5:00 - 11:00 PM OPTIONAL for NON FOOD Vendors. (Food concessions, live music, and the mechanical ride area will run from 5:00 - 11:00 PM. You are welcome to open during this time for no additional charge but adequate lighting is required.

•Saturday, May 17 - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM REQUIRED. (You may keep your booth open until the festival ends at 11:00 PM for no additional charge but adequate lighting is required.)

•Sunday, May 18 - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM REQUIRED with a 6:00 PM hard stop.

Vendors are expected to remain in place for all required hours as indicated above.
